You have previously provided us with your contact details as you have been interested in becoming a member of the society, attended an event, joined us on Zoom or a friend of the Society.

You have previously given us your business card

We do not buy databases or personal information

Information we may collect from you
Your contact details include title, name, phone, email and postal address and company name (if relevant)

How we use your information:

For people who we have registered we will send you information by email and mail on events being organised by the society or in which we believe you may be interested.

Access to your information 

We do not share any information to any other company or society.

We do use PayPal.

You may unsubscribe at any time by sending an email

Access to your information and correction

We do not hold contact information on an open integrated system and therefore this cuts down this risk of your information being hacked. Your information is stored on a spreadsheet and you have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. 

You may ask us to remove information or your contact details.

Whilst we will endeavour to adhere to your wishes we may not be able to delete your data if there is a legal obligation to retain it, this includes where financial data must be retained for seven years or where data must be retained to enable us to defend our legal rights. We will inform you of the basis of any such decision not to delete your data as appropriate.
