“Man fears time, yet time fears the Pyramids. Should the Pyramids fear science and engineering?“

A Talk by Prof. Yasser ElShayeb  taking us to a journey of success stories on the use of science, technology and engineering for the management of cultural heritage sites. The highlights of the talk is #ScanPyramids project, where scientists were able to identify previously unknown voids inside the great pyramid of Cheops in Giza.

 

Tea & Coffee will be served at half an hour prior to the events’ commencement.No registration is required except for the workshops, as stated in the flyer.
