In The Steps of The Holy Family In Egypt – A Talk by His Eminence Archbishop Angaelos

This year, concurrently with the Coptic annual celebration of the Holy Family’s visit to Egypt, a number of projects have been initiated by several Ministries to plot the Holy Journey with the key sites on route. The Holy Synod of the Coptic Orthodox Church expressed in May this year its appreciation for this sincere effort to honour the Holy Family’s journey, securing it as an important pilgrimage route.

The Egyptian Bureau for Cultural and Educational Affairs is honoured to announce and invite you to attend a talk by His Eminence Archbishop Angaelos, the Coptic Orthodox Archbishop of London, who will speak about the pivotal role of Egypt in history as a place of refuge for the Infant Christ and His Family, and as a Holy Land of sacred pilgrimage.

Mr. Amr El Ezabi

The Egyptian Tourism Counsellor

Mr Amr El Ezabi will then be briefing us on the Holy Family’s journey in Egypt as a cultural and tourist project.

The talk will be held on Monday 23rd July 2018 commencing at 7pm.

Tea & Coffee will be served at 6:30pm prior to the event’s commencement.
