About Hosney Emam:
Hosney Emam joined the Egyptian Middle East News Agency in Cairo and became its correspondent in Moscow, Yugoslavia the Balkan countries.
He then joined the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) as a correspondent in London in 1981 and took over as a bureau chief in 1983. He continued working as a consultant at KUNA following his Retirement in 2007.
Emam was elected President of the Foreign Press Association in London 2009-2011.
Emam was blessed with a combination of a dignified humility, a natural generosity which does not belittle or intimidate the recipient, the warmth of humanity, the highest skill of professionalism and the ability to work with everyone.
